Rabbi Avrohom Richmond is an experienced and passionate Jewish educator with nearly two decades of expertise in chinuch, curriculum development, and teaching students of all ages. He grew up in the greater New York area, attended Yeshiva in Queens, and later received smicha from Rabbi Moshe Heinemann of Baltimore, a testament to his dedication to Torah scholarship and leadership.
Rabbi Richmond has served as a Rebbi for students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade, teaching a variety of Judaic subjects, including Chumash, Navi, Mishna, and Parshat Hashavua. Known for his dynamic and engaging teaching style, he excels at creating nurturing classroom environments tailored to the unique needs of his students. His warm, people-centered approach and genuine care for each child have supported the academic and personal growth of countless students.
While his primary focus has always been education and chinuch, Rabbi Richmond has also contributed significantly to outreach, mentoring youth, and organizing programs to promote Jewish engagement.
Rabbi Richmond is thrilled to join Yeshivas Yakir Li as the 1st-3rd grade Boys Rebbi, bringing his extensive experience, innovative teaching methods, and unwavering commitment to fostering a love for Torah and Jewish values. He resides in East Boca with his wife and four children.
