Claudia Rams brings over 25 years of Montessori experience to Yeshivas Yakir Li, along with a gentle, steady presence that helps children feel safe, supported, and eager to learn. Originally from Chile, Claudia earned her degree in Special Education and discovered her passion for Montessori education early in her career. She has taught preschool and kindergarten in both English and Spanish immersion classrooms in Florida and Illinois, giving her a rich, multicultural perspective on child development.
Claudia believes Montessori is more than an educational method — it is a philosophy that nurtures independence, confidence, kindness, and a lifelong love of learning. As a Montessori parent herself, she has seen firsthand how this approach shapes a child’s growth, inner world, and sense of self.
In her role as an assistant teacher, Claudia is dedicated to creating a warm, encouraging environment where every child feels known, supported, and inspired. She is honored to accompany children on their Montessori journey and looks forward to partnering with families throughout the school year.
