Ms. Andrea Paredes
Administrative Assistant
Born in Ecuador and raised in New York, Andrea moved to South Florida in 2020. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and brings eleven years of experience working with children, along with a Bachelor's degree in Education. Her background spans both the classroom and school administration, and she draws on both in her work at Yeshivas Yakir Li.
Andrea is passionate about hands-on learning and connects with children through creativity — arts and crafts, jewelry making, and teaching Spanish. She has a particular appreciation for the Montessori approach, which she also embraces at home with her daughter, Olivia.
As a member of the administrative team, Andrea supports students, families, and staff, and is part of what keeps the school community running.
Outside of school, she enjoys baking, rock painting, and searching for unique vintage and antique treasures.
