Nechama Lapidus brings more than 20 years of experience in early childhood education, including roles as a classroom teacher, preschool director, mentor, and educational consultant. At the center of her work is connection — meeting each child where they are and creating a warm, nurturing environment where every child feels known, supported, and confident.
In Hashem’s World, Nechama guides children through foundational Kodesh learning with a focus on joy, curiosity, and meaningful relationship. She weaves together early Torah concepts, parsha, chagim, and daily moments of wonder to help children experience Hashem’s presence in the world around them.
Nechama is passionate about hands‑on learning, meaningful relationships, building independence, and recognizing each child’s individual strengths. She brings creativity, depth, and a relationship‑centered approach to the Yakir Li community, partnering closely with children and families to support growth, joy, and a strong foundation for learning.
